He graduated summa cum laude in 2022 from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Faculty of Law, discussing a thesis on “The Arbitration Clause and Interrelated Agreements between Different Parties: A Focus”. The thesis has been written in English.
He works in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and in the negotiation and drafting of both national and international commercial agreements.
He is also specializing in the field of arbitration, with particular reference to international arbitration proceedings.
Furthermore, he is teaching assistant in Civil Procedure Law and Domestic and International Arbitration Law at the Faculty of Law of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
