She works in the areas of corporate law, M&A transactions and commercial contracts.
She graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University, discussing a thesis in criminal law entitled “Domestic and supranational anti-money laundering legislation: legislative developments and the new frontier of cryptocurrencies”. During her academic carrier, she also had the opportunity to spend a semester studying abroad at Universidad de Cantabria (Spain).
Before joining BLF, she did an internship at the Ministry of Justice and collaborated with a law firm in Perugia, dealing with civil and commercial litigation.
