He takes care of corporate and commercial law. He has a wide experience in assisting national and international clients in M&A transactions and capital market matters. He has gained experience in the markets of Milan, Paris and London.
In 2012 he obtained his Master of Laws (in Corporate Law) at the New York University.
He is member of the Bar Association of Bologna and of the Bar Association of the State of New York.
