He works in the corporate and M&A department, assisting Italian and foreign companies, as well as private equity funds, in investment, divestment and other transactions. He provides ordinary assistance in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
He has also developed experience in civil litigation.
In 2018 he graduated in law from the University of Bologna and in 2019 he completed a second-level master’s degree in Economics, Law and Management of Cooperative Enterprises at the University of Roma Tre.
