DentalPro, a company founded in Milan in 2010 and controlled by the private equity fund Bc Partners, is active in the Italian dental clinics market, with more than 160 clinics operating in Italy.

BLF Studio Legale handled the M&A aspects of the transaction, including the preliminary investment due diligence, the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and the definition of the agreements between the partners, including the shareholders agreement.
