BLF Studio Legale, with partner Giulio Pinetti and associate Francesco Ludergnani, advised the Gruppo Clerici in the acquisition of the operating business unit from the company Mezzo Pollice S.r.l. and the acquisition of entire share capital of the company T.F.R. Clima Plus S.r.l.

These transactions are part of the Clerici Group’s process of growth which, after having finalized at the beginning of the year the acquisitions of the entire share capital of Ideal Ceramiche Italia S.r.l. and Scarpis S.r.l., with these two acquisitions completes the third and fourth M&A transactions during the first half of 2023.
