Our firm, with a team composed by partners Roberto Ludergnani and Andrea Corbelli and associate Davide Geraci, advised the founding partners of Mary Fashion, a Ferrara-based company specializing in the production of clothings for high fashion companies, in the transaction of the sale of 70% of the share capital of Mary Fashion to Star New Generation – SNG group. The selling partners reinvested in the company, retaining the 30% of the share capital, and will continue to be part of the company’s management.
