BLF Studio Legale, with Giuseppe Forni and Giovanni Ludergnani, assisted Poggipolini S.p.A. in the entrance of Gellify in the share capital of Sens-In, an innovative start-up founded by Poggipolini S.p.A., specialized in the design and production of critical fasteners.

Established in December 2019 as a spin-off of Poggipolini S.p.A., Sens-In is a company specialized in artificial intelligence and digital data transformation, which develops and creates proprietary fixings by integrating advanced mechanical solutions with precision engineering sensors and advanced materials. Sens-In is the first industrial venture building project ever presented in Italy.
